These are fill-in PDF forms. Adobe Reader 8 and up will open them, and the fields are highlighted. Depending on your browser setting for Adobe, it will either open in a new tab in browser or will download file to your disk.
Type your information into the form, save the file, print, and mail.
If your having difficulty filling out the forms on your computer, print out the form, fill it out by hand and mail.

Notice to Education Day Demonstrators and Entertainers.
We appreciate your past participation in Education Day at the Fair at New Boston. You have helped us make that event an anticipated and successful free field day for area students.
Unfortunately, this year, due to the difficult economy and the loss of a major grant, we have had to reduce our expenses. We plan to accomplish this through the reduction of paid participants. Regrettably, we will be awarding contracts only to those who add the most to the educational program and we will not be able to pay as much as we did last year.
If any of you are willing to volunteer for the program, without payment, or come for a reduced compensation, please let us know.
